shipping and returns
Delivery time
Orders placed are usually shipped between 1-2 working days.
If your order has not been delivered after a few days or if the track and trace does not work properly, please contact us so that we can find out for you.
All packages are sent with PostNL, they deliver from Monday to Saturday.
Postage costs
The shipping costs for Amsterdam are €4.00 as your parcel will be delivered by bike. For the rest of the Netherlands, the shipping is standard at €6.95. Orders above €100 are shipped for free. Are you ordering from the rest of Europe? Then the shipping costs are €9.95 euros. You are also more than welcome to pick up your order from our store for FREE at Zonneplein 8a in Amsterdam Noord.
We do send packages worldwide; we do however invite you to submit your order via email or one of our social media channels. We will then calculate the shipping costs for you and indicate this in advance.
Pick up from the store
As we mentioned, it is also possible to pick up your package from our store at 8a Zonneplein, Amsterdam Noord. You can check this option when checking out on our webshop. You will receive an email from us when your package is ready and available for collection.
Returns
Provided that no damage has been done, our items can be returned within 7 days of your purchase with the enclosed return form. You can exchange the product or we will refund the amount to you.
Note: We do not accept returns on sale items. Not online and not in store.

Conditions for exchange and return:
The item will only be accepted if returned within the requested time frame, are undamaged, in the original packaging and with the original tags and labels. The postage costs of the return are the responsibility of the customer.
